La Notte dei Tarocchi 2026 — Tarot Nights in the Medieval Alleys of Finalborgo

On August 12 and 13, 2026, the medieval borgo of Finalborgo transforms into an open-air temple of esoteric arts for La Notte dei Tarocchi (The Night of the Tarot). Running annually since 2018, this two-evening festival draws tarot readers, astrologers, and the spiritually curious into one of Liguria’s most beautifully preserved historic centres for a programme of readings, workshops, and mystical experiences by candlelight.

What Happens at La Notte dei Tarocchi

The organisers set up dozens of reading stations throughout the cobbled lanes of Finalborgo — professional tarologists offer personal readings (typically €10–20 per session), while workshops cover everything from interpreting the Major Arcana to understanding astrological birth charts. The atmosphere is deliberately intimate: the narrow medieval streets are lit by torches and lanterns, and the sound of handpans and acoustic guitars drifts between piazzas.

Beyond tarot, the festival embraces a broader esoteric programme. Expect numerology consultations, crystal healing demonstrations, shamanic drum circles, and talks on the history of western occultism. A small artisan market sells handcrafted rune sets, incense, ritual candles, and books on mysticism — mostly from Ligurian and Piedmontese artisans.
